Line Cook — Senior Living Dining

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to menu requirements and designated recipes
• plate and garnish food for residents and guests
• coordinate production with meal service hours to preserve quality, temperature, and appearance
• monitor food temperatures and use proper storage
• maintain a safe and sanitary work area, including cleaning kitchen equipment and other assigned areas.
