What you'll do

• Oversee grounds maintenance, landscaping, public sanitation, and related outdoor operations
• manage contractors, service agreements, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• conduct site inspections and address operational issues
• coordinate seasonal maintenance and emergency responses, including snow removal and debris cleanup
• track performance and resources
• identify efficiency improvements
• coordinate with staff, vendors, local agencies, and stakeholders.
