What you'll do

• Operate company-owned or leased trucks
• complete required reporting
• maintain certifications required by DOT, OSHA, and company safety programs
• inspect trucks before and after trips and request repairs as needed
• read bills of lading to determine assignments
• secure trailers during transit
• assist with loading or unloading
• service trucks with oil, fuel, and other fluids
• follow commercial driving regulations, traffic laws, and accident procedures.
