Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Compensation is $23.13 per hour. Mental Health Partnerships provides community-based mental health services across the Greater Philadelphia region and beyond. The supervisor coordinates services and supports staff so participants’ self-identified recovery, rehabilitation, and community-integration goals are addressed. The role combines staff development and program oversight with a small Recovery Coach caseload and shared on-call duties.

• Coordinate services and monitor participant visits

• support hiring, training, evaluation, and development
• supervise activities and programs
• ensure compliance and quality procedures
• maintain electronic health record requirements
• carry a small participant caseload and perform Recovery Coach duties
• participate in shared on-call duties.
