It translates research and field feedback into learning assets, prepares staff and volunteers to facilitate them, and shapes program strategy across the Product team and organization.

• Design and evolve the program experience from the Accelerator course through six months after graduation
• maintain and refresh multi-modal program assets
• translate research and field feedback into design decisions
• set quality standards
• train staff and volunteers
• lead and develop designers
• partner across Research, Data, Program Delivery, Operations, and Technology
• simplify program design for scale.
