Director of Quality and Compliance

What you'll do

• Lead quality and compliance programs
• define and implement systems for internal and external assessments
• report performance, trends, and risks to executive leadership
• integrate the QMS with company structures and processes
• oversee QMS governance, audits, corrective actions, document control, training, complaints, and risk assessments
• lead SOP development and compliance reviews
• oversee product quality plans, investigations, inspections, returns, and supplier quality coordination.
