The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, home-based position in Kansas City, KS. The compensation range is $22–$28 per hour. This role supports the clinical team at Supportive Care ABA in providing therapy to children with autism. The role exists to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA. The technician implements individualized treatment plans to help children build essential life, play, and communication skills.
