The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Trainee is an onsite position located in Milford, NE. What you'll do

• Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, handling withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, selling cashier's checks, money orders, safe deposit boxes and account offerings
• Answer questions in person, corresponding professionally on the telephone, mail, and/or e-mail
• Cross sells Bank products
• Performs Bank operations and security functions
• Complies with Bank operations and procedures.
