Warehouse Technician

Job overview

The Warehouse Technician works onsite at TerrAscend’s facility in Hagerstown, MD. Compensation is $18 per hour. The role supports warehousing and inventory control for production and customer deliveries. The technician receives, stores, tracks, and prepares products and supplies for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and safe, orderly work areas. These activities help keep materials flowing to production and customer orders moving through fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Receive products according to standard operating procedures
• process purchase order receipts and report discrepancies
• move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment
• maintain storage, data, and material flow
• update inventory records and report adjustments
• perform weekly inventory and cycle counts
• file claims for defective products
• check date-sensitive products
• monitor delivery schedules and customer orders
• pick and pack shipments
• coordinate with customer service and logistics
• test processes and systems and identify data integrity or efficiency issues.
