What you'll do

• Work with the Director of Nurses and Assistant Director to implement recommended changes
• supervise nurses and aides in the long-term care facility
• monitor residents and report changes to the DON or ADON
• assess newly admitted or readmitted residents, document in the 24-hour report, and follow up as needed
• monitor staff documentation on MARs, nurses’ notes, incident reports, physician orders, and treatment records
• liaise between nursing staff and attending physicians
• check supplies and equipment.
