Assembly Technician

Job overview

The Assembly Technician role is onsite in Suamico, WI, with compensation of $22.00–$26.00 per hour. RC Mowers designs and manufactures autonomous and remote-operated mowing equipment for commercial customers. This role supports the production team by assembling components and finished machines, following build instructions, checking quality, and helping keep machines moving through production.

What you'll do

• Assemble parts, components, and subassemblies into finished machines
• safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures
• check work for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• identify and communicate issues
• keep the work area clean and organized
• support production goals and build schedules.
