What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and staff
• follow security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, walkways, parking areas, loading zones, and property perimeter
• monitor suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and property damage
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• document patrols and observations and communicate relevant information to site management and company leadership.
