What you'll do

• Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silver
• remove and sort trash
• sweep and mop floors and clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other surfaces
• transfer supplies and equipment and restock tools and supplies for the next shift
• maintain temperature logs and organize the walk-in cooler and freezer
• and help line cooks prep, store, and date food.
