What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners
• manage move-ins, renewals, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and move-outs
• coordinate maintenance and property turns with in-house technicians and vendors
• conduct inspections and communicate proactively with owners
• coordinate showings, review applications, and execute leases
• maintain accurate AppFolio records.
