What you'll do

• Implement assigned activity programs
• build rapport with residents and understand their needs and interests
• document resident activities online
• report deviations from activity plans and noticeable changes in behavior or condition
• provide activity leadership as assigned
• recommend alternative programs or changes
• promote positive customer relations.
