Compensation is $55–$70 per year. The Ultrasound Echo Sonographer role is onsite in Londonderry, NH. The sonographer performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound studies and related procedures, adapting techniques when patient conditions require it and helping ensure study quality. The role reports to a supervising provider or designee and supports patient care through accurate imaging and recognition of abnormal findings or distress.

What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasounds, Doppler studies, transesophageal cardiac ultrasound, and stress echocardiography
• recognize and report patient distress and potentially lethal arrhythmias
• adjust procedures or positioning for patients with complicating conditions
• use and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment
• maintain knowledge of standard tests, procedures, and readings.
