What you'll do

• Identify, plan, and execute innovation projects
• support technology scale-up, product validation, and commercialization
• conduct mechanical property testing and prototype development
• run application trials and translate customer needs into technical requirements
• help resolve production, performance, testing, and quality issues
• collaborate with research, manufacturing, and commercial teams
• maintain EH&S compliance
• travel globally as required, estimated at 20–25% annually.
