What you'll do

• Coordinate educational assessments and develop goals for youth
• monitor educational progress
• ensure curriculum and special education services are in place and documented. Review instructional staff lesson plans, assist with planning and teaching strategies, teach assigned classes, and maintain course documentation. Provide supervision, advising, counseling, and role modeling
• prepare reports
• conduct home visits as required
• maintain required certifications and training
• and supervise or coordinate activities as assigned.
