What you'll do

• Follow daily prep lists
• label, date, and stock ingredients
• measure ingredients to specification
• wash, chop, and sort produce and meats
• prepare salads, guacamole, and other menu items to recipes
• perform basic cooking tasks
• set up the salad prep cooler and station
• keep kitchen areas and utensils clean and sanitized
• maintain a sanitizer bucket
• assist cooks with station setup and kitchen cleanup
• prepare tortillas and season the tortilla griddle.
