What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• use OEM and aftermarket scan tools, wiring diagrams, and technical service bulletins
• complete assigned repair orders
• document and video multipoint inspection findings
• mentor apprentice and mid-level technicians
• maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace
• stay current on products, services, warranty information, and standards
• complete required training and certifications
• support customer satisfaction.
