Concessions Attendant

Job overview

The Concessions Attendant role is onsite at various locations throughout City Park in New Orleans, LA, and may also support special events in the park. Compensation is $14.25 per hour. City Park employees are expected to help reduce environmental impact, care for park habitat and wildlife, and model sustainability for patrons. The attendant stocks supplies, prepares and serves food and beverages, operates point-of-sale systems, and maintains clean concession areas. The role supports safe, efficient service to park visitors while following food safety and sanitation requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate POS systems and process orders
• greet guests and respond to questions
• maintain clean and organized concession areas
• stock food, beverages, utensils, condiments, and supplies
• follow food safety, sanitation, and applicable regulations
• provide quality food and beverage service
• support sustainability goals by reducing waste and energy use and caring for park habitat and wildlife.
