What you'll do

• Participate in required training and follow policies and procedures
• enter customer and prescription data
• verify patient, facility, payor, physician, drug, strength, quantity, and SIG details
• work with customers or facilities to enter accurate information
• enter new and refill orders before cut-off deadlines
• document issues and suggestions
• complete other assigned business-support tasks.

Why this role
