What you'll do

• support pre-employment checks and onboarding
• maintain ATS records and pipelines
• lead staffing for multiple projects
• develop pipelines for hard-to-staff locations
• conduct hiring events and outreach
• visit project sites
• forecast labor needs with operations leaders
• support employer branding and community partnerships.
