Assistant Program Director III — High Intensity (ISA)

What you'll do

• Manage coverage scheduling, including unexpected absences
• recommend program improvements
• monitor staff productivity standards
• coordinate with the Program Director
• cover open shifts when needed
• maintain petty cash
• conduct record audits and maintain personnel files
• oversee safety inspections and records
• oversee medication distribution and charting
• document significant events
• complete Denial of Rights forms
• intervene in crises and notify relevant parties
• support resident and staff safety
• ensure staffing and documentation requirements are met
• submit reports to the County and Administration.
