This senior individual contributor owns the consumer lifecycle engine from first touch through long-term retention. The role builds automated communications, experiments, and performance insights that support product launches, member engagement, conversion, and retention while meeting healthcare compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Own the consumer lifecycle roadmap and launch communications
• build and operate automated Braze flows across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
• maintain lifecycle infrastructure and integrations
• partner with engineering on event schemas and triggers
• develop modular email systems
• design and analyze A/B tests
• monitor funnel performance and recommend product improvements
• analyze member feedback and engagement
• ensure communications meet HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
• collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and content teams.
