The Process Technician is a full-time, onsite role in Reidsville, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexibility for production needs. Compensation is $58,000–$62,000 per year. The technician sets up, operates, adjusts, and troubleshoots wet wipe converting and packaging equipment to maintain production performance and product quality. The role also supports trial production, process control, quality standards, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor wet wipe converting and packaging lines
• support trial production of new products, materials, and equipment and document results
• maintain production SOPs and resolve process and quality issues
• monitor process control parameters
• adjust machines and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues
• manage liquid dosing and saturation levels
• perform changeovers
• conduct inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• work with QA on specifications and GMP standards
• document production data, downtime, and process changes
• support root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
