What you'll do

• Serve as a technical escalation contact and build strategic customer relationships
• understand client goals and technical environments
• review system health reports, performance metrics, processes, and KPIs
• coordinate issue resolution with support and engineering teams
• communicate technical issues and solutions
• identify incident and outage patterns
• support event, incident, problem, and change management
• coordinate root-cause analysis and follow-up
• report KPIs and metrics
• analyze trends and recommend improvements
• provide game-day coverage, including weekends.
