What you'll do

• Provide personalized guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout stays
• respond to requests
• handle telephone communications and basic clerical and accounting tasks
• complete shift checklists and required training
• follow operating procedures and brand standards
• check guest account credit and follow up as needed
• secure cash drawer and hotel assets
• coordinate with housekeeping
• sell and upsell rooms
• follow fire and evacuation procedures.
