The Architectural Project Manager, Retail Development role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with stated pay of $110,000 annually. The position supports Läderach North America’s retail development projects and Corporate Functions team. The role coordinates design and construction work from concept through execution, aligning retail locations with brand standards and project scope. It contributes to timely project delivery through in-house design, construction documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners.

What you'll do

• Conduct test fits and create floor plans and in-house designs
• coordinate with MEP engineers on construction sets
• collaborate with Swiss partners to maintain global brand standards
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and landlords throughout projects
• support the construction team from design concept through construction
• provide flexible support to the design team
• suggest field-executable value engineering solutions.
