The Deputy Head of Contracts & Asset Management is an onsite role based in Middle River, MD. This role exists to partner with the Group Head in leading a high-performing organization of approximately 50 professionals. The incumbent oversees day-to-day operations, contributes to strategic direction, and ensures organizational effectiveness through a shared leadership model.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a large contracting organization
• partner with Group Head to set priorities and align resources
• coach managers and develop high-potential staff
• establish performance metrics
• provide expertise on FAR/DFARS and complex contract negotiations
• lead process modernization and digital tool adoption.
