What you'll do

• Lead operational execution of innovation programs aligned with strategic objectives
• mentor innovation team members
• develop processes to evaluate program effectiveness and impact
• manage resources across programs
• maintain relationships with partners, founders, and stakeholders
• lead stakeholder communications, business reviews, and workshops
• oversee technology due diligence
• develop repeatable playbooks and commercialization resources
• monitor and report progress and metrics
• maintain program management practices, processes, documentation, and reporting.
