Independent Verification and Validation Analyst

The Independent Verification and Validation Analyst role is hybrid in Carmichael, CA, with flexible work-from-home options. Compensation is $65–$85 per hour. The analyst supports a state agency IT modernization project and reports independent findings to the IV&V Delivery Manager and client. The role provides independent assessment of project risks, requirements, deliverables, and contractor performance. By documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and supporting testing and quality reviews, the analyst helps the project identify and address issues.
