What you'll do

• Coordinate outreach and community engagement
• identify collaboration opportunities with community organizations
• build relationships with community leaders and partners
• develop monthly marketing plans with the Marketing, Outreach and Enrollment Director
• educate referral sources about services
• represent the organization at events and networking functions
• guide prospective patients and caregivers through enrollment
• track outreach and referral sources in CRM systems
• meet or exceed monthly enrollment metrics.
