It coordinates care-plan implementation, assessments, medication and treatment oversight, staffing support, and responses to resident and facility needs.

What you'll do

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
• ensure resident care plans are implemented and updated
• conduct assessments and communicate changes to providers and families
• oversee medication administration, treatments, documentation, and nursing services
• address resident, family, visitor, and staff concerns
• assist with staffing coverage and scheduling adjustments
• support staff education and coaching
• ensure compliance with policies, infection control, resident rights, and regulations
• respond to emergencies and participate in QAPI initiatives.
