The Business Unit Finance Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Pawtucket, RI, supporting a manufacturing business unit across two manufacturing sites. Compensation is $160,000–$180,000 per year. The role serves as the senior finance partner to business unit leadership. The manager leads the unit’s finance function, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting while turning financial results into insights that support profitability, cash flow, and operational execution. Responsibilities span planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, tax and statutory compliance, parent-company reporting, finance systems, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts
• present financial performance reviews
• analyze manufacturing costs and variances
• partner with operations, supply chain, commercial, and engineering teams
• evaluate capital proposals
• oversee financial close, accounting provider deliverables, cost accounting, inventory, cash management, controls, and audits
• manage statutory filings, tax compliance, parent-company reporting, intercompany reconciliations, finance systems, and process improvements
• lead and develop the finance team.
