The work helps maintain accurate payer participation and supports provider activation in collaboration with Billing and Operations.

What you'll do

• Complete initial credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment applications
• enroll providers with Medicaid and commercial plans
• research state and payer requirements
• maintain provider files, CAQH profiles, and NPI records
• complete revalidation requests
• track applications and follow up with payers
• maintain application and renewal records
• identify missing or expired information and coordinate resolution
• communicate status and risks to leadership and internal partners
• assist with payer contracting documentation and audits
• protect confidential information.
