What you'll do

• Own assigned Microsoft 365 services, primarily SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot
• maintain roadmaps, standards, support models, and lifecycle plans
• assess product changes and impacts
• coordinate approved capabilities with technology, security, business, and governance partners
• develop adoption, rollout, communication, and training plans
• administer approved settings
• troubleshoot escalated issues
• coordinate service management, testing, and documentation.

Why this role

Generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; planned after-hours work may occasionally be required; periodic travel to Bank Iowa locations within Iowa may be required.
