What you'll do

• Lead and support regional sales and marketing
• develop strategic plans for occupancy and revenue goals
• oversee agency sales performance and forecasting
• establish performance targets
• develop outreach programs for referral sources
• create market-specific lead generation, business development, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies
• monitor metrics and budgets
• oversee CRM use and reporting
• train and coach agency staff on CRM
• recruit, hire, train, and manage sales staff
• travel regularly within the region for coaching and field marketing.
