What you'll do

• Serve as Lead Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams
• facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and PI Planning
• coach teams, product owners, and leaders on Agile practices
• manage enterprise application delivery and lifecycle activities
• coordinate roadmaps, plans, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• monitor program health through KPIs and reporting
• identify risks and drive mitigation
• liaise among business, product, architecture, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders
• collaborate with DevOps, cloud, security, data, and support teams
• promote automation and continuous improvement.
