What you'll do

• Liaise between trading partners and JAKKS business units
• manage and prioritize EDI setups for new trading partners and new or changed documents
• communicate across departments
• independently resolve complex technical issues
• manage daily processes that generate EDI documents and troubleshoot resulting errors.

Why this role
