What you'll do

• Screen and pre-qualify assignments
• review and finalize scopes with adjusters and clients
• assign a superintendent to each project
• prepare estimates
• review completed files for profitability and scope accuracy
• communicate with insured parties, adjusters, agents, property managers, and tenants
• support team safety training
• undertake marketing and prospecting
• manage multiple projects
• coordinate with claims and administration on debt collection as needed.
