API Technical Writer

What you'll do

• Assess existing API documentation, build and prioritize an improvement backlog, and plan delivery and review cycles
• interview experts and stakeholders and tailor content for target audiences
• create and maintain API reference documentation covering endpoints, functions, parameters, sample code, errors, and usage patterns
• develop tutorials and adoption assets in document, eLearning, and video formats
• write developer-portal onboarding, authentication, FAQ, troubleshooting, and release content
• produce or coordinate diagrams
• validate technical accuracy with solution experts and collaborate with marketing on sales collateral.
