The Clinical Nutrition Manager role is onsite in Victoria, TX, with compensation of $85,000–$95,000 per year. The position is based at Unidine at Citizen’s Medical Center in an acute-care setting and supports clinical nutrition services and patient care. The manager leads dietitians, provides nutrition assessments and individualized care plans, and promotes evidence-based practice. The role also works with interdisciplinary and food-service teams to improve outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and develop staff and interns as applicable.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical nutrition professionals
• design and implement clinical nutrition strategies
• perform nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• educate patients, families, staff, and community
• apply evidence-based research and standards
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in QAPI
• work with food-service leadership on menus, nutrition formulary, regulatory standards, and patient experience
• support staff and intern development as applicable.
