What you'll do

• Use diagnostic tools and customer communication to identify issues
• resolve hardware, software, or system failures through onsite intervention
• assist with equipment installation and setup
• configure devices, networks, or applications
• test systems after installation
• support routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades
• diagnose and repair or replace damaged components
• train onsite personnel on testing and repair of variable speed drive chassis
• provide customer support and training
• create FAQs or user guides
• document service actions and maintain service histories
• coordinate with electrical, operations, engineering, and remote support teams
• test new firmware releases in field environments
• participate in product improvement discussions and third-party product testing
• travel to client locations, sometimes with extended or overnight stays, and international travel may be required for training
• follow safety and compliance procedures.
