What you'll do

• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, applications, user access, and connectivity
• document, resolve, prioritize, and escalate service requests
• support Microsoft 365, mailboxes, Active Directory, and onboarding
• install, configure, maintain, repair, and test end-user devices
• troubleshoot network connectivity and assist with cabling and site infrastructure
• maintain ICT asset records
• follow cybersecurity and access-control requirements
• provide on-site support at listed mine and complex locations
• participate in assigned after-hours and on-call support.
