What you'll do

• Prepare and cook assigned menu items according to recipes and production schedules
• check and record food temperatures
• replenish serving stations
• assist with meal service and customer care
• break down service areas
• maintain kitchen sanitation
• clean assigned equipment and work areas
• follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
