Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Create, review, and finalize print jobs in planning software
• update job tickets based on customer requests and changes
• coordinate communication among customers, sales representatives, and production employees
• monitor multiple jobs and deadlines
• provide job-status updates
• address customer questions and concerns
• use Microsoft Office and company systems for documentation and workflow.
