The Companion Caregiver role is onsite in Orland Park, IL. Pay is $18.50 per hour. Assisting Hands provides in-home care to support clients’ comfort, safety, dignity, and independence. The caregiver assists clients with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meals, and light household tasks according to individualized care plans, helping maintain client well-being and a safe home environment.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, meals, and feeding
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and routine household tasks
• observe and report changes in client condition and safety concerns
• document care, including vital signs and intake/output
• follow care plans, infection prevention practices, and confidentiality requirements.
