What you'll do

• Issue and track purchase orders
• communicate with suppliers about order status, lead times, backorders, and delivery schedules
• perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory records
• monitor stock and identify replenishment needs
• coordinate domestic and international shipments and documentation
• track freight and communicate status
• package, label, and distribute clinical kits, research samples, and finished products
• assist with temperature-controlled storage and cold-chain shipments
• maintain compliant records and support process improvements.
