Universal Health Services, Inc. is recruiting a Program Director to lead their Family Medicine residency program. The role of the Program Director is to lead the recently established Family Medicine residency program, oversee its development and accreditation, and mentor residents and faculty.

What you'll do

• Position includes Program Director, Teaching, and Clinical responsibilities.
• PD position is a.7 FTE with the remainder in clinical practice.
• Clinical practice options include FM clinic and/or hospitalist.
• Program started in 2023 and will be 8/8/8 at full complement.
• Responsible for continued program development and maintenance of accreditation in adherence with ACGME requirements.
• Oversee the quality of education, curricula, and experiential rotations.
• Lead the interview, selection, and evaluation processes of residents.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, teaching, and administrative oversight to residents.
• Partner closely with hospital and medical staff to ensure effective integration within the organization.

What we're looking for

Education

Current board certification by the ABFM or AOBFP

Experience

Current board certification by the ABFM or AOBFP. 3+ years of recent PD, APD or core faculty experience. Demonstrated ability as a leader, educator, and clinician. History of scholarly activities/research. Membership or committee work in FM professional associations. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
